The tech help i spoke with should have mentioned that creating a new account would delete the contacts and calendars from the other profiles and they did not. As an MVP I know that getting this type of information to the product team is important. However, my purpose for posting the problem is that you should be able to change a password on a email account and Office 2019 did not allow me to do that. As i mentioned in my post, the problem is fixed.
